Don’t stay unless you have absolutely no where else to be. Bugs, rodents, and horrible management and maintenance. They do the bare minimum and that’s even if they respond to you and your issue.

Its infested with roaches. Management dont care. She has her people working for them they dont fix anything. My apartment was not move in ready. Instead of cleaning up they just spray painted over the dirt. Its horrible.

This place is infested with roaches and mice. The landlord/landlady gets upset when you ask her to put in an order for maintenance. Would give a negative 1 if I could. Would not advise unless desperate.

Where in the process of moving from here this place is dirty bed bugs roches and Possums was in my neighbor house they got through the roof they don’t come fix nothing these Apartments are not renovated you pay lights water and rent everybody rent Is different to DONT MOVE OUT HERE

Mrs. Folks is a very bad property manager. When dealing with her have everything in writing. All apartments are roach and bed bug infested. I really want to give this property no star.
