I've lived at Urban Connected just shy of a year and my son and I absolutely love it! The gated community, low key neighbors and also being pet friendly, has made our stay here comfortable and cozy. Our maintenance person, Luis has worked hard and our landscaping is always kept nice and clean! I've seen two community managers since I've been here and both have been wonderful. I adore my apartment and knew I made the right choice as soon as I met the Community Manager Brandy. She made me feel instantly at home after a 2200 miles cross country relocation. The application and move-in were simple and seamless. The location is perfect and pricing reasonable. I have zero hesitation recommending anyone interested. As with any community, there will be issues. There is still ongoing construction and unattended minors. I mention these not because they are big issues, but ...
because of how they're handled. Brandy is on top of everything. She monitors the property closely via video surveillance and sends community alert text messages along with a newsletter for events and reminders. It's great! I've never lived somewhere with such an attentive staff. Brandy and the Maintenance Technician Luis seem to run the property single-handedly. The staff here is very dedicated to making this a fun, safe, and clean community for its residents. If I could change anything it would be night and weekend patrol to make sure Brandy and Luis enjoy their well deserved time off.

Perfect Phoenix Property

Urban Connected is a perfect Phoenix property that is conveniently close to Tempe, Scottsdale, and Arcadia. It's also right off the 202 and has plenty of shopping centers, fast food, and restaurants near by. The property has luxury upgrades like quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and Real tile flooring! Its nice to see a rental property that provides luxury, quiet environment, free services, and more at a reasonable price.
