After being here not even three weeks all of the rims were stolen off my car and was left on bricks behind a so called gated community the property manager Farrah advised me she was told by another resident they caught another resident trying to steal their motor bike ..no letters were sent out nor was the community informed in anyway.To top it off they are refusing to let me out of my lease if your looking for a safe place to live this is not it !! Keep looking. And now as I’m reading reviews ...

If you’re looking to move in these anytime soon , rethink your decision. There’s a new lady in the office that thinks she knows and tries to run everything.First time talking to here her she interrupted her coworkers just to answer my question that I didn’t ask her. Over all she’s obnoxious , difficult to talk to, and she will look for any reason to flex her authority on you. She yells at residents and they’re guest when she feels they don’t comply, if you can manage to steer clear of her you’ll ...

Just renewed my lease for another year after staying here for 3 years. I like this complex because it is small and maintenance is really available. The only downside is the current tenants this year who are loud and don't put their dogs on leashes when walking them. These tenants usually only stay 1 year. As far as amenities, the have a pool, gym and laundry area. The pool is finally back open after about 2 and a half years. The gym consists of 2 machines (treadmill and elliptical) in a small ...

room. The laundry room has 6 washers (3 working) and 6 dryers (3 working). Parking inside gate is restricted to cars with parking decal only. Management in leasing office has changed often since Laura left. No issues with current management if they are available in office. All in all, this complex is fine for my needs.

I have been living in this community since November 2014. I am a senior citizen and this has been the best apartment I have lived in thus far. The office staff are very friendly and are willing to fix any issues without hesitation. The individuals in the community even help me take out my trash because I am a senior citizen.
