Get new management and office staff. Clean the apartment areas. Disgusting building. Roaches, dirty, urine in elevators, poorly managed went way down hill over the past couple months. DO NOT MOVE HERE

The worst apartment, and most unresponsive property management I have ever had the disatisfaction of leasing with. Only a year and I am running from this place due to the people that run it. They switched management and that truly meant a larger company came in and picked up with the exact same staff and mis management that had been in place.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This was the worst living situation I have ever lived in. From the beginning, my roommate and I had issues with this apartment before we even moved in. We moved into an apartment with a balcony covered in bird poop, doors not being able to close because they were kicked in, urine on the floor, and blinds not being able to shut in the bedrooms. I wish I could say that was the extent of it. From then until our lease was up, we had issues with reporting problems to maintenance ...
and them lying and saying they fixed them when it was not fixed, floors leaking, cockroach infestations, mold, packages being stolen, and underwear and other laundry being stolen. The leasing office also refuses to take responsibility for their lack of attention. They tried to tow my roommate’s car and wouldn’t give us an adequate reason, but then turned around and told another resident that they “can’t keep track of parking” when their car was hit. They continuously contradict themselves and don’t represent a cohesive and supportive leasing office. It also lacks in safety; the security “gates” that were there were never closed, allowing anyone to access the buildings. Doors that were only supposed to be accessed by residents using a key fob were broken, allowing homeless people and other strangers to wander into many of the buildings, and leave behind many dangerous articles. It resorted to my roommate and I not even being home 90% of the time because the place had become inhabitable. Even when promised to compensate us and return our full security deposit, they STILL gave issue and tried to only give back not even ¼ of the money. This complex is also in a former projects area; take with that what you will. Management is WELL aware of all these issues, and yet would not respond until we included their boss and their boss’ boss! My roommate and I went through hell at this complex. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.

I find Cockroaches all over my apartment multiple times a week. I have had “pest control” come by several times and nothing has changed. Cockroaches are very coming dwellers upon my apartment. I suggest to rent an apartment here if you enjoy waking up with an instruct crawling on you.

I truly cannot understate how terrible it is to live here.
The buildings are disgusting, from the actual units themselves to the laundry rooms. I can't tell you how many times the laundry rooms flooded, making the whole ground floor smell like dirty laundry water.
At least one of your appliances will break and it will take weeks for maintenance to get to you. Even then, there's no guarantee that they actually fixed it (I had to file 3 different requests for the same broken dishwasher issue). ...
There is trash, dog poop, and broken glass everywhere you go in this property. You'll find homeless people sleeping the stairway.
Do not expect the property managers to lift a finger for you unless you either threaten legal action or call repeatedly every single day until you can finally arrange a meeting with the manager.
They will never answer emails and you have to call nonstop until someone picks up. Even when you do get hold of the management team, they are extremely unhelpful, rude, and downright hostile.
I am shaken by how awful the residents here are treated. Save yourself, live literally anywhere else.

Please note that this complex is smoker friendly, so your unit might reek of cigarette smoke. You also might get cockroaches, have to step over puddles of human urine in the stairwells, see someone arrested at least once a week, and witness drug deals right in the parking lot. Do you like waiting months for maintenance to fulfill your requests? This place is for you!
