New Owners are unreliable (note most recent review in 2022)
January 8, 2024Property is lovely and well maintained. The Activities Director and maintenance staff are wonderful (all 3 have worked here for several years and continued when property was sold). New owners, however, made a lot of promises (such as the "coming soon" amenities that are listed) that have no planned start dates. Of the few projects (not listed) that have been started, not one has been completed. In the year since purchase, there has been several property managers come and go. Social Hour for the residents provides great way to meet the other residents, make long term friends, and enjoy your summer, fall, and spring seasons.
