Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not as Advertised. Look Elsewhere
October 9, 2021This apartment is advertising amenities they are not providing. There is currently no pool, fitness center, dog parks, pet spas, coffee bar, community gates or mailboxes available to residents and no concessions have been made on rent despite not delivering what they have advertised. We were unable to view the property before renting as we were relocating and were not told the place is not nearly finished before signing the lease. We were then told the amenities would be finished two weeks from ...move in. That was a month ago. The management has been very overbearing and has even threatened to "daily inspect apartments to determine who is not in compliance," with some of their policies. I would pick a different place if you can until this place decides to treat their (high paying) residents as parts of their community rather than criminals. Additionally, the 5 star review listed is not genuine. These apartments were not even completed until September and the review is from May.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
