Westborough is hands down THE- BEST- apartment community I've ever experienced. The staff - from the front office to the maintenance people are BEYOND helpful, patient and most importantly fair. Property is clean, we feel SAFE, apartment is spacious and our neighbors are friendly too. I'm honestly grateful I decided to live here because like all of us we have options here in Wichita, and I couldn't be happier!

We love Westbrough Arms! We moved here about 7 years ago, initially we rented an apartment which was very spacious with two bedrooms. however we needed more space as time progressed, so we recently moved into a townhouse. We knew we didn’t want to leave this property, we just had to stay here because it’s very clean and a great neighborhood and we love the pool. Schools are also very close which is an added bonus. The staff are always helpful and polite and if we ever need something fixed it ...

When we decided to move to Wichita we wanted a home that was very close to great schools, shopping and restaurants. We are so thankful that we found Westborough Arms! The elementary, middle, and high schools in the area are some of the best in the city and our children are really doing amazing! The office staff and the maintenance professionals are always courteous and prompt whenever we have a need and they make communication very easy. Westborough Arms was a great place to live until the new management Fidelity took over. I moved out 2 weeks ago and am so glad I did. The new management is rude, unprofessional and will not work with you. I miss the old Manager Samantha with the other management from Omega who was nice, curteous, and professional and cared about her residents. Fidelity is greedy and only cares about making a dime. They do not care about the residents. I am liking my new apartment with my new company. I ...

hope Westborough doesn't go downhill from here because of Fidelity Management. It was a nice community until they showed up.

I was a tenant for 5 years at Westbourgh Arms, my employment ended and had to move out of state. Westbourgh Arms was a nice quite community while I lived there. The manager went above and beyond her duties to make me and my family comfortable always available and ready to help and make sure our needs were accommodated. I recently visited the property looking for 2 or 3 bedrooms. I was excited to Come Home! When I arrived at the office the new manager was on her cell phone and seemed irritated ...

that I interrupted her. I asked for a 2 or 3 bedroom town home, she gave me a flyer and asked if I could come back. I asked about the previous Manager and the response was inappropriate and rude. I left without the flyer and will not recommend this property or their new management.

This place is really a home. The manager, Samantha, is the best in the world. She has a passion for all of her tenants. Where else does the manager worry about you? I'll tell you; no place but here! Samantha goes out of her way to help you. She REALLY CARES! The maintenance staff pride themselves in their work. The trees on the property are magnificent and the grounds are always squared away. On top of all that your neighbors are really that, neighbors. They say 'hi' and greet you. Lots of fellow ...

vets. How cool is that? It is a safe place and quiet thanks to its location. Never once heard loud music or screaming spouses. Plenty of close parking. Walking distance to an Ace Hardware, Midas (who will give you a good deal on car maintenance BTW), and about every fast food. I will miss it a lot. Yes, it is not a brand new complex but I'll take a "home" feeling over plastic any day.
