May 21, 2025Just wondering why a simple maintenance request took 5 days to get too. I could have done it by myself and I almost went to go buy the supplies to get it done. Also you could answer the phone at the front office. I called so many times. Just straight to voicemail. Poor communication.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024My move to Windsor Lakeyard was a smooth and easy process. Lorelei and her team, specifically Kennedi and Anna, were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment grounds are kept in immaculate condition, and my apartment was perfectly cleaned on move-in. The complex is quiet and I have great neighbors. November 26, 2024We love our new apartment so far! Management has been great about communication and very helpful when we ask questions. There have been a couple of concerns (i.e. a man we caught on our camera trying to open multiple doors, luckily ours was locked but I wouldn't think this would happen in a gated community) But overall, our experience has been goodProperty Manager Responded
