    I think the apartment is good on paper and good at first impressions, but is overall lacking a lot of work. Keep your paper trail and stay on management to get things done, and even then, good luck. Maintenance team is awesome and kind and courteous and I think the new management is on the app but can use some growth and support.

    Just wondering why a simple maintenance request took 5 days to get too. I could have done it by myself and I almost went to go buy the supplies to get it done. Also you could answer the phone at the front office. I called so many times. Just straight to voicemail. Poor communication.
