    I recently lived at Windsor at preston for about a month, and I’d like to share my experience regarding safety and cleanliness issues. Safety Issues: During my stay, I encountered several safety concerns. the garage door /entrance door lock was frequently problematic and did not provide a secure feeling. This lack of attention to safety left me feeling quite unsettled. Cleanliness Issues: Cleanliness was also a major concern. The hallways were often dirty with trash stains/odor. This ...
    cleanliness issue significantly impacted my comfort and overall quality of life in the apartment. Overall Impression: In summary, while the apartment itself had potential, the safety and cleanliness issues greatly detracted from my experience. I would recommend that the management address these concerns to improve living conditions. Currently, I would hesitate to recommend this apartment to prospective tenants until these issues are resolved. Final Thoughts: I hope my feedback helps future tenants make an informed decision.     Overall I like the floor plan/layout, vinyl floor throughout of cleanness. kitchen is beautiful with gray cabinet, large farmhouse sink with tons of drawers and storage, plus food pantry. Its pretty quiet at night. Outside of the unit, the carpet hallway is dirty and with strong odors d/t spilled trash. one of the main elevator and garage entrance door out of order for awhile, door access to the garage the key faucet broken not getting fixed.

    Some things remain broken for months on end. Elevator has been broken for weeks. Was just informed it could be broken for another 6 weeks because of their vendor. My “luxury” apartment has now become a 4th floor walk-up during the hottest months of the year. Same thing happened last year with the pool, it was closed the whole summer because of their vendor problems. Also the garage door is often broken for weeks on end. The on-site maintenance staff is helpful and speedy, but for things ...
