April 14, 2025Hi, I just wanted to share some concerns regarding the building. Unfortunately, the building is always dirty, and nobody cleans the hallways. The entrance doors are always left open, which is really upsetting because anyone can easily enter the building and go to the upper floors. We are always worried about ordering online because there is a very poorly designed package room where packages are supposed to be placed, but many times they get lost, and we constantly have to file complaints. It’s ...very disappointing that nobody seems to care or take responsibility for these issues. The gym is dirty, and the front area of the apartments looks dry and unpleasant without any plants or greenery — except for the office entrance, which is decorated nicely just to attract new customers. Honestly, this is very disappointing and embarrassing for a residential community.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2025I love living in these apartments, the staff are all really friendly and the complex is beautiful. The only thing is the cleanliness in the corridor. During trash days bags are being put in the corridor without the trash can, it makes it look trashy.Property Manager Responded

Cambria was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly, making the rental process easy. Very Professional and Informative!
September 5, 2024I had the pleasure of speaking with Dom'onic recently at the Windsor West Plano community last week regarding an apartment, and to be honest I thought he was a manager at first because of the way that he carried himself, from the way he was dressed to his positive attitude. He greeted me right when I walked in with a smile, and his professionalism and confidence made me feel like I had come to the right place. His knowledge of the community and the area was impressive for someone who had only ...been there two days at that. The community itself is just stunning, beautiful grounds, gorgeous gym..and that pool! I could swim in that pool for days!! He answered all of my questions with ease and made the process fun and exciting even though I wasn't interested in touring. It was nice to see someone who is personable for once as he had answers to all of my questions without having to always ask someone else. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people and the community. I was very impressed and grateful for his help as I am not used to apartments, so I needed a little help.
