Amazing Team!!
September 1, 2025Firstly, can’t say enough good things about the leasing team at this apartment. So helpful, so responsive, always friendly; truly on-point with everything so far! Second, their maintenance team did an incredible job coming in to fix the list of maintenance I had asked for upon initially moving in. They did ALL of it in one go, quickly, and even fixed something they noticed (that I didn’t even ask for). All in all, loving it all so far!!Property Manager Responded

Great place for a peaceful life

Peaceful neighbourhood, great management staff, responsive maintenance team… Also, it is in west Plano, hence close to useful amenities and common stores including HEB and CVS. Phenomenal Place To Live

Brenda the manager has been very pleasant to work with and has been very quick with answering any questions and concerns we have had. We have had a few issues with appliances in our unit that were resolved with speed and quality workmanship. We made our request in the evening when we discovered the issue and Alan from maintenance was at our door first thing in the morning to fix it. The management has also done an ...excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the community common areas as well.
