October 7, 2025If you are thinking about moving here, make sure you do your due diligence and research. This would include personally viewing the apartment prior to move in and lease signing if possible. There has also been several thefts that have occurred. Shortly after move in I was advised that several thefts of mail were reported. Most recently, tenants received an email that noted there have been auto thefts that have also occurred. These issues are of great concern to me moving forward.Property Manager Responded

Cozy Vibes! Feels like Home!
October 3, 2025Arriving at Windsor at Legacy instantly feels warm and inviting! The lush landscape creates a cozy atmosphere, complemented by stunning creekside views along the walking trail. We settled in during June 2025 and are very happy with our experience so far. Brenda in the leasing office is incredibly prompt and caring, always addressing our questions or needs. Amazing Team!!
September 1, 2025Firstly, can’t say enough good things about the leasing team at this apartment. So helpful, so responsive, always friendly; truly on-point with everything so far! Second, their maintenance team did an incredible job coming in to fix the list of maintenance I had asked for upon initially moving in. They did ALL of it in one go, quickly, and even fixed something they noticed (that I didn’t even ask for). All in all, loving it all so far!!Property Manager Responded

Great place for a peaceful life
August 28, 2025I have been living at Windsor at Legacy for three years. Peaceful neighbourhood, great management staff, responsive maintenance team… Also, it is in west Plano, hence close to useful amenities and common stores including HEB and CVS. Phenomenal Place To Live
August 25, 2025The community is awesome! We have lived here for over a year now. The manager Brenda is always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance team (Luis/Carlos) are always fast to respond to the maintenance request and provide a service with a smile. Close to the public parks great bike/walking trail and large dog park.
