November 19, 2024Windsor at Legacy is a great place to live. I looked at half a dozen other apartment communities and by far Windsor was the best. More expensive still offers a lot. The other apartment communities was very noticeable that no maintenance had been done in years. Painting, carpeting and other amenities weren’t up to standard living.Property Manager Responded
