This place is fine as a physical apartment. The management is terrible with absolutely no communication to the tenants & unwilling to offer any help when issues arise within the apartment.

Windsor at West University greets you with friendliness, excellent customer service and quality. The location, floorplan and common areas are selling points. Compared to other communities I visited in the area, this one showed a higher level of quality.

I am very pleased that Officer Lopez is now residing at Windsor. A couple of times he has been visible, especially when I returned late at night where he was seen asking someone that did not belong to leave the building. I also appreciate the day that Amber helped my dad when he stumbled and fell in the lobby area, and Amy calling me about it to alert me that he had fallen.
