Very close to shpoing sites and restaurants, quiet enviroment, good carpeting and all amenities.iHighly recommended for rental for those looking for a place that is comfortable as a home with families etc

The building is in a good location. There is quick access to many major roads and hi-ways including 42nd (Rockford Rd), 169, and 100. It is 5 mins from West End, 10 mins from downtown, and 15 mins from Uptown. There is also ample shopping and restaurants 5 mins aways with several restaurants in walking distance. The police and fire department is 2 blocks away. The property manager is easy to get along with and takes care of problems in a timely manner. The rent is a good price for the single unit ...

and a GREAT price for the two bedroom; it has a nice size single bedroom with most having lots of upgrades; including a free single car garage. There is lots of free parking as well. Some of the tenants are questionable but i haven't lived anywhere in my adult life without there being at least one or two people that negatively stand out. It is a security building as well which is nice as i have kids and with the police being a couple blocks away there is added security there. The credit needs are lax for those that may have challenging credit and even with that i have never had any major issues with any tenants and have not witnessed any riff raft or violence here. Overall for the price it is a great option in the New Hope area.
