Not once twice there auto-payment system is big-time screw up. they will charge 100 for late fee even if there system screws it. it happened twice. i pleaded 100 times and nothing happened. lost 230$ so far. need to find new apartment.

Bad Service

I have a 6 months kid and they said that I bedroom is enough. Once I paid my application fees of 130$ . They are telling me that we cannot move to 1 bedroom but instead we can only move to 2 bedroom . Once I ask my application fees back , they are telling me that I can move to 1 bedroom . They are not clear on the job . I would want to stay on a apartment where they are not honest and right on their word.

I love this place

I love living at winsted. The location is excellent,The property is beautiful, The actual apartments and floor plans are great. At other apartments ive lived at, i made it a point to avoid the management staff. The staff here are an absolute joy to work with. The leasing agent, Brooke makes this place as great as it is. She always seems to go out of her way for anything i need. I highly recommend these apartments.

Property is decaying quickly
October 25, 2015
This used to be a perfect comminuted but the past years the property has not been maintained. We have crack on our walls, black mold coming out of the sheetrock, foundation has sunk down leaving gaps under the window frames. The electric bill has tripled and nothing is being done to fix the problems. They paint over the black mold, but in time it comes back out again.

It's been a long time since I've had to live in an apartment. I looked at many before deciding on The Winsted at Valley Ranch. I had an issue that was preventing my residential approval. One of the assistant managers worked with me to help get it resolved. I've been here a month and every day it feels like home. Everything from the private balcony to the personal garages. It's quiet and family orientated yet perfect for a single woman such as myself. They have an emergency maintenance no# that ...
is answered immediately. Maintenance response time is awesome! The property is beautifully landscaped. The units are very uniquely designed. A lot of times people are attracted to the amenities an apartment offers. Although the amenities here are nice. I'm attracted to the way the staff treats you, their maintenance, the condition of the apartments and the length they will go to make you happy. Again it's only been one month but if what I've seen so far is any indication of the best that the Winsted family treats their residents then yes, I'm home...
