Cats PolicyAll breeds accepted. Must be kept indoors at all times. Each cat is considered one (1) pet with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee + $35 monthly pet rent.

Dogs PolicyDogs over 1 yr of age. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and we do not accept aggressive breeds. Please contact the office for more details.

Rottweilers & Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bull Dogs, Cane Carso are restricted breeds and are not allowed to be on the site at any time! DOGS can be no larger than 75 pounds in weight at full growth, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by landlord.
