If you're tired of the usually grind of cabs and driving, then SEPTA is a great alternative. When using SEPTA's services, you have a couple of options. You can choose to ride the bus, which has a much wider service area, or one of the many rail options, that can get you there faster. There's light rail, regional rail and elevated subway, as well as trackless trolleys and buses that run through the city and out to the burbs. With so much transportation available, there's hardly any place in the city you won't be able to reach. With a ridership of over 325 million people a year, this is one of the most popular ways to get around town, and for good reason. No matter what form of transportation you choose, you'll find it safe, comfortable and affordable, with monthly passes bringing the price down even lower. If you need to get around in Philadelphia, but are tired of all the driving, then go ahead and take a ride on SEPTA, the safest, fastest and best way to get around the city and still have money left over to have some fun.
