The apartment is centrally located and walkable to dining, shopping, and cultural spots like the Walker Art Center. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside. Any group found to be deceitful regarding parties or social gatherings will incur a $1000 surcharge. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250 fine charged to guests. Guests found disrespecting the community pet policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation canceled without refund. If guests fail to check out by 10 am, a $50.00/hour penalty is applied. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged. If the cleaning closet lock is damaged, there will be a $50 replacement fee.
