There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. This home is centrally located close to top Frisco attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's 10 minutes to The Star (Dallas Cowboys HQ & Entertainment District), 15 minutes to Legacy West & The Shops at Legacy, 20 minutes to Toyota Stadium & PGA Frisco, and 25 minutes to DFW Airport. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval for $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time from Monday to Saturday is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
