A private parking space is included on the same floor as the condo. A $90 registration fee is required on-site for two parking permits and eight property wristbands. Wristbands grant access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beach. Shores of Panama offers the best resort amenities on Panama City Beach, with direct, private beach access just steps from the pool. Enjoy the spectacular lagoon-style pool area, complete with a Tiki Bar and poolside cafe during warmer months. For cooler weather, an indoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a state-of-the-art fitness center are available. Please be aware that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may result in loud and disruptive noise between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older. Absolutely no pets are allowed, and the complex requires all service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the condo; any violation will result in a $1000 fine. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID at the time of booking.
