Inside, the dining room is to the left, and the living room is straight ahead. The dining room has a large table with seating for six. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a pub table with two chairs, three countertop barstools, ample counter space, essential cookware, and dinnerware. Off the kitchen are the laundry room and the master bedroom. To the right of the kitchen, you will enter the living room, which features vaulted ceilings, a built-in bookcase, a smart TV, a sofa bed, and a loveseat. Outside you will find a large yard and a patio with a table and chairs. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Conveniently located in a quiet and safe residential area, driving is encouraged, though Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in or around the home, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
