Events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed, and partying or overcrowding will result in immediate eviction. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The registered guest must occupy the apartment and be 25 years of age or older; any reservation found occupying the apartment without a 25+ adult present will be evicted. For reservations made within 48 hours prior to arrival, a government-issued ID and a credit or debit card under the same name as the ID will be required upon check-in. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID at the time of booking, and the trusted partner is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection and obtain the names and ages of all occupants. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods (March 1 – Memorial Day) and other dates as determined by the city.
