The apartment features one full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a king-size bed. On-site laundry is coin-operated for your convenience. One parking spot is available for $20 per night, or you can enjoy a reserved parking spot for $25 per night plus a transaction fee. Limited parking space is available outside the building on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid towing, please park in the white areas. Yellow spaces are reserved, and your vehicle may be towed if parked there. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300 to replace. The business center provides a work-friendly space with all essentials, making it ideal for business or leisure.
