There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and bedroom to ensure your comfort during your stay. One reserved parking space is included at the rear of the building. Downtown Littleton is brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, unique retailers, a day spa, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, Light Rail Station, and RTD bus route.
