Crime infested and roach infested
November 9, 2023Don’t expect to ever have any maintenance request completed, cars get towed for the slightest thing like touching the line with tire. The main office is worthless, they are not of any help. Make sure to move expensive items into home at night so no one will see what you have otherwise they’ll break into your home.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t live here if you like taking showers.
July 30, 2023I’ve submitted several service request and nothing was ever done for any of them. Except if I look at my service requests, they all look completed. My showers have very little and sometimes no water pressure. We can take showers sometimes. I have video evidence and photos. Our kitchen sink has that same issue. March 30, 2023The biggest issue is management! My car got towed for not having a parking permit even though I was never given one when I first moved in and they could not assist in any way and the people working in the office will brush you off regarding any maintenance issues, etc . The complex is riddled with many problems, including but not limited to roach infestations. Do not recommend!!!Review from Apartments.com

Bad place to live
July 28, 2022Do not believe the comments, the place is fine but it does not have security or surveillance cameras, shots are heard at night, things are stolen from the porches, the rent went up a lot and it is not worth it. The only thing worth it is the location. The reception people are rude. Difficult to find parking after 8. If there is something to fix, the girls in the office ignore it, if you want it to be resolved quickly, ask to speak to the manager. People take their dogs out to do the restroom ...anywhere. There is dog poop everywhere. It is infested with cockroaches even if you clean all the time, they come from I don't know where.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
