I’ve lived here for two years and absolutely love it. It’s small but it has everything I need, and the price is great. I love having AC, a bathtub, and a parking space. Everything I need is within walking distance. I feel safe here and my neighbors have always been kind and respectful. It’s also super quiet, which I love. Occasionally I’ll hear footsteps above me but that’s really it. We are kitty corner from a fire station but it’s very rare that a siren is every disruptive. I haven’t had any ...
maintenance issues except a clogged sink, which was fixed the next day, in my two years here. Management has been extremely responsive to any/all of my messages, and our building manager is so lovely. They are the best part! Our building manager also collects your packages when you aren’t home so they don’t get stolen, then she’ll leave a note on your door like “Hello dear, package! Love ya!” and then when you answer the door she usually says something along the lines of “my goodness (name), you look lovely in blue!” I can’t believe I was lucky enough to find this place. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. If I had to think of a negative, it would be that the units have clearly been renovated in some way; I currently have a ceiling fan + light above my fridge and almost touching the wall? Lol. Other than the occasional structural weirdness I have no complaints.
