First off this landlord won’t simply answer the phone, he prefers to text his tenants, he won’t mail me a crp form which is so easy to do, this landlord was a Nuisance leaving strange letters under my door every other day, the apartment smelled like gas due to gas leak and the city forced Barry to place fire detectors in every hallway, he constantly bothered me about closing my windows, turning my heat down smh and asking me if I knew certain ppl in the building because they were breaking the ...
lease in some way, eventually he realized I was a great tenant who never bothered anyone and stopped harassing me towards the end of my lease, mice were on my countertops, the place smelled moldy and carpet smelled really bad. I wouldn’t recommend living here it would be best to go to a shelter or risk being harassed by a old senile man who evicts tenants left and right just to take deposit money, during my year Stay i had 3 different Neibor’s next door to me, people were constantly evicted for the littlest things. The apartment complex is a dump and I don’t recommend anyone with kids to live there it is not kept up.

BEWARE!!!!!

So, I found this nice quiet secure building in my search for a new home. I met with the owner who, at that time, seemed like a nice older gentlemen. The application process was done in a timely manner and me & my family moved in. After 2-3 months, letters started appearing under my door warning me against smoking marijuana & how the Roseville police would be called on me & my family. 3 letters threatening to tow our cars throughout the time frame of me living there. Letters warning eviction about ...
kids on the roof or playing in the yard. Letters about loud music is not aloud...It got so bad, I anticipated letters under my door every night when I arrived home..I do not smoke, I did not have kids playing, and my family was not home during the day because we all work..In the end, he also kept my deposit... He has properties every where & they all have vacant signs on them...I wonder why BEWARE OF BARRY !!!!
