If the fact that it is the smallest apartment I have ever seen you have to put up with the guys in the upstairs apartment playing the music as loud as possible until 4am. You can’t do anything about it or the landlord will evict you. The place has a mice infestation and the guys upstairs are in the hall smoking weed and being loud. They even hang out outside all hours of the night. Plumbing is backed up and if the tenets next to you take a shower it fills your tub. Laundry has been broken ...
forever. Doors don’t lock and the homeless come in and sleep in the stairwell. Just take my advice and stay as far away from here as possible.
