When you live this close to the beach, and own a car, it is imperative you have indoor parking to avoid salt damage which could lead to rust. Not to mentions the fact street parking is increasingly difficult to come upon. Located at 38th avenue and Noriega street, you are literally right above a Dominoes pizza, and a hardware store. On the corner is a great, fairly popular, ice cream shop called Polly-Ann's. The 7 bus line runs on Noriega and can take you to the Haight Ashbury or all the way downtown. And the 29 bus line is only a couple blocks away, which can take you all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. There is a Safeway within walking distance, as well as many other shops and restaurants. All in all this apartment is a pretty great deal in an increasingly more popular and in demand neighborhood.
