Great place to be

When I needed help Persaud looked out for me. Yes it is an old building but the staff are dedicated to making sure you have a great living experience. I will tell anyone that has the opportunity to come check it out. You are located at the heart of downtown yet it is suburban quiet. Transportation is no problem but parking can be a problem in the winter. Still i honestly believe it is a great place to start and leave.

When I moved in floor boards were loose, loose wires coming out of wall loose boards on floor, counter top edge loose and peeled off, dirty everywhere and cockroaches and unworkable microwave but, at least warm in winter.
