Orignal apartment close to everything

I lived here for 10 years and really loved the place. The units are actual apartments from the early 1900s, not conversions. It's close to downtown, uptown, Lorring park, MCAD, MIA and a short bus ride to the UMN. There's off street parking and a large locked storage area for each unit. The landlord was very nice and responsive to all tenant concerns.
