Bernadette and her team are sincere and dedicated! That is an added asset here where I choose to reside. The Fountains are beautiful and the landscape is well kept. Access to the building is secure and convenient. They decorate really festive each Holiday and that is a nice touch!

I notified the office our AC stopped working. She called maintenance,Oscar came right away. Knew this job needed to be done by a Ac repair person. Said they would be out at 8:00 the next morning. They were here at 8:00 AM. Finished by 9:15 AM. Oscar brought us a huge portable fan. We were cool all night. We love everyone here, so nice so helpful.
