I think this apartment is a great value for the money. The apartments are very big compared to other places in SF. The quality isn't the best and you can tell the building is old, but they often price the rent below market value. It's not rent controlled but they don't jack the prices up. Comes with parking. The complex isn't always the best at solving out even responding to issues but for the price I don't want to try going anywhere else.

I have been here for 15 years and I find it a perfect place to go home from going to theater ,school .work and shopping. I am fortunate to keep this all the year. We have a playground for adult .it's a tennis court .as I gaze down my window I could see people neighbors playing enjoying their day off. If I want to go to the library it about 3blocks away. I need to vote on election time I go to civic center. The management is wonderful strict but awesome. Fantastic building. I have laundry room in ...

each floor. Parking we have 1st2nd floor. It very close to Japan center. I am grateful to have this unit408 Thank you for asking .only now I get to share this kindness I feel

Pros: Reasonably priced Relatively spacious plus balcony Management very responsive in case of any issues Centrally located. Next to the Opera, Hayes valley. Walking to Safeway, whole foods. Multiple commute options. Family owned. Rent relatively stable. Cons: Older building Tenderloin is close by Overall, very good value for money. Management very friendly and helpful. Area is safe.
