I came from Abu Dhabi and will be working at Fairview Health University of Minnesota Medical Center. When I searched the internet, Accolade piqued my interest because of their good location, amenities, reasonable monthly rate, and new building. I applied for my lease online, and everything went smoothly. I handled my inquiries via emails and phone calls perfectly. During the move-in date, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I was lied to by the leasing agency (likely and underpaid college student who is just doing what they're told) about my securement of a parking spot. The pool, hot tub, gym, study areas, and other amenities are fantastic, but they do not alleviate the lack of parking.

All the interior design is great, looks super nice and cheaped-out on. Leasing team has been lovely to work with and very accommodating. Only complaint regarding the actual unit is with how little counter space there is (there’s definitely room for more) and the cabinets being unable to fit regular sized dinner plates.
