March 9, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comCan’t get in touch with management, nobody is ever in the office. Had an overflowing toilet which I put many work orders in for and they still never fixed it. Left for the day and came back to door broken into and apartment condemned now me and my 2 month old are without a home along with 2 other apartments and it’s been almost a week and they haven’t worked on anything or have gave us a estimated time. They also will not help pay for a hotel or take money off rent knowing this issue was caused ...from their terrible work they do here. Do not move here!Read More

July 27, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThey didn’t wrap the vents when they hired whoever to rebuild these apartments meaning if you like your home cold in the summer you’ll have mold growing from your vents. Furthermore, can’t ever reach management or maintenance during emergencies. They think it’s okay to leave you with broken ac in an apartment that’s at 80 degrees Fahrenheit but they’ll give you some measly fans to make it all better. Poor communication as well

Property managers don’t last much past 6 month if they make it that long before quitting Gem management does not return calls which show how much they care. Being homeless is a better option than dealing with this company
