Horrific apartments do not live here.
December 6, 2024My experience at Affinity 56 apartments has been extremely disappointing. Excessive noises from neighbors, despite multiple complaints to management and authorities, remain unresolved. Maintenance requests have also been ignored. This lack of responsiveness and the resulting untenable living situation have led me to want to end my lease early, a request that has been disregarded. I strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, hassle and peace of mind.Property Manager Responded
December 16, 2024Lisa we are sorry to hear of this bad review. Unfortunately our lease states 60-day notice to vacate and we have to hold everyone to the lease terms. March 28, 2022We love living here at Affinity56. We haven't even her a month yet and have only had 1 issue arise and not completely taken care of. The office staff is great! The maintenance is on top of their work. We absolutely love the layout of our 3 bedroom! It's so open and full of natural light. The dog parks are so fun for our pups.
