Absolutely would not recommend this complex. Counting down the days that my lease is over. The first year I had maintenance in my apartment over 10 times.

Staff is great and location is great. It’s incredibly overpriced for amount of square footage. Especially because the unit is falling apart. Beware of broken heating, AC, and cabinets that literally crumble when you touch them.

Atria at Crabtree Valley is a very pleasant place to come home to. The people are friendly, working residents, pets are welcomed, it’s a “ world away” from the stress of daily life. It’s also close to the Greenway path, almost like being on Vacation at Home.

Atria staff has been very helpful with last minute move in plans, viewing property, doing some maintenance work, ect. Its nice that there are community events and aesthetically everything is nice. Complex seems to also be pretty quiet.
