I love Bentley Place

I've been a resident of Bentley Place just about 2 years and I absolutely love it!! When starting my apartment search, Bentley place was the first community I visited. I knew I found the right place. Unfortunately, there weren't any units available. I then looked online 3 weeks later and saw an apartment open up, and I filled out the application at 5am. I got a call the next day, and within a week I signed my lease. Being a single woman, I needed a safe community. I looked online at crime reviews ...
and there was nothing reported in that area. Since I've moved in, I've felt very safe. The staff is amazing, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and management works hard to make sure my living experience is of quality. I recently had a snag with rent, and because of the caring staff, they were able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently! I'm truly thankful to be a resident of Bentley Place and I highly recommend this community as your next home. Thanks Lori, and your staff, for treating me like family!

Rosalyn in the Office....

I just wanted to give praise to this helpfull and welcoming young lady in the Front Office named Rosalyn. From our initial phone conversations to find an apartment til today...3 months later, she greats you with a huge smile. She's helpful, really knows her job and has made us feel like family instantly. The Apartments have some issues but they've fixed most issues almost immediately. Yes, it's on the older side but for the price I think it's great. The neighborhood is fantastic!

Too old for price-needs to be updated on some level

The tubs are so creaky its hard to enjoy your shower, they do a quicky job to cover up the stains and degree of aging but by the end of a month our tub looked disgusting. :( there are just so many things wrong with this place I can't name them all. They are somewhat homey on some level.

My apt is legit. Live with my awesome roomie. It has good parking. They are quick with work orders and the rent isn't that bad. I wish the appliances were upgraded and the layout was better but it works. Its located right off the tollway, in a great location and easy access to all major highways. Honest review not getting paid for it

These apartments look nice from the outside and are in a good neighborhood. They are quite costly as we live in a 3bedroom. When we moved in they gave us so much hustle as our cashiers check was $1 short(one dollar). We had to pay a fee for the $1 cashiers check as this is the only form of payment they accept for 1st timers.We Moved in less than a month ago and we can hear every move our upstairs neighbor makes. Literally even when he showers or walks we can hear. The appliances are worn and old ...
from the sink to the shower. The cleaning of tubs and showers was not done properly a poor cover up of mold and dirt from previous residents.Sometimes the toilets don't flush there is not enough water power. One of the plates on the stove was not working and the wire plates they have on it are crooked. Please do a clear check of everything before signing your life away. Truly hope this helps someone if nothing else.
