Nobody showed up to fix the issue. I do not have hot water in my shower, some time is a little warm and some time is cold, never hot. Every time I try to take a shower I freeze. Since I moved in last week I haven’t been able to take a shower. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Location is great being close to old town. but it is an old building that has lots of maintenance issues including bug problems. There is also no concierge desk so don't expect that here.

Bridgeyard is a good place to call home for me and my daughter close to a decade now. I am personally thankful we have Christine as our general manager who goes out of her way to get things done. She is an amazing caring person. My issue at Bridgyard is the rent increase for an old building with no washer drying in the unit and old kitchen and bathroom. The rent increase and the place does not match. But we have a caring community, clean lobby, clean grounds, clean trash area. We have a nice ...

pool and hopefully soon we will have new grills that our general manager Christine has gone out of her way to get for us. I am happy living at Bridgeyard.

Bridgeyard is a nice apartment complex, but there are things that make it difficult for example the parking lot is dangerous at night especially for females there should be some type of safety there. The washing machines constantly breaking down and they’re just inconvenient. Other than that it’s close to A LOT of things.

This place is DISGUSTING! DO NOT LIVE HERE. The leasing staff will never help you or even answer your emails. The building is infested with roaches. They lie about amenities. We consistently don’t even have running water. The elevators don’t work. No one keeps up with the building. Your apartment is either freezing or burning hot and they won’t do anything about it. There is no functional laundry room and zero up keep with the gym. The pool has weird hours so you essentially can never go unless ...

you don’t have a job. And the entire staff acts like it’s your problem or they just don’t answer you.

It's cheap for a reason!

I highly DONOT recommend moving here. It's cheap for a reason! First, they make you pay for light bulb replacement which is fine but they only take cashier checks or personal checks for payment (most people do not have) They say the can add it to your rent bill but they won't fix it until rent is due for the following month. So if you already paid your rent and the light goes out in the kitchen or anywhere after you paid the rent you have to either pay for a book of checks or purchase a cashier ...

check to get it fixed right away or wait almost month for them to fix it! Second the elevator are constantly out of order and makes a loud extremyly annoying beeping sound when they are out of order. Peole have gotten stuck on them on several occasions. And no I'm not exaggerating! Third, the shared laundry facility are always filthy! They are infested with roaches, mold from all of the water that leaks from the machines on the floors, and the machines are constantly out of order but keep going up in price. Your better off going to a laundry matt in the area which are always more cleaer and sanitary than Bridgeyard Facilities, and this is in both buildings! The have switched to new management and I thought these issues would possibly get better but it's just gotten even worse. I wish I had never renewed my lease!

Avoid these apartments. Roach infested. Elevators intermittently broken. Urine in the stairwells (I really hope it's canine and not human). Leaks in the laundry room and washing machines/dryers frequently out of service. Paint peeling off the walls when I moved into my apartment. This place is not worth the rent.
