Great Spot!

Great location on the plaza and nice rooms. I can walk to work or to the gym or restaurants. No pool or large lobby but cheaper than other nicer similar spots in the plaza. People are friendly and never had any noise issues, bug issues or parking issues. Great overall experience so far!

Pay attention to the lease agreement

Nice, quiet apartment but they make you pay an extra two months if you do not fill out a notice to vacate, even if you haven't renewed your lease!!! They are not willing to negotiate at all even though the tenant paid every month, on time and caused absolutely no problems while living there.

The location is top notch. Can’t beat living one block north of the Plaza! Having a secure parking garage at no additional cost is something you cannot find anywhere else in the city. The laundry room with the additional storage was a huge selling point for me as well!

Great Location, Safe and Warm Neighbor

Plaza lighting to Art fairs every year, Cambria apartment is at the center of all these events. Close to downtown and you can get to anywhere in 15-25 minutes North, South, East, West. People who current live are very friendly and there is happy hour every month to meet the neighbors.

Cambria is great! Can't beat the location. I am new to the city and was looking for an apartment in a safe neighbourhood, and this building delivers. The apartments are updated, with plenty of storage, and the staff is super friendly. Service is stellar, with prompt response to maintenance calls (within 24hrs). No complaints as of yet, I'm loving it here so far!

Cambria is located one street up from The Country Club Plaza, a large outdoor shopping/restaurant district, but remains quiet enough that I am not disturbed by excessive noise in my apartment. In addition, it is walking distance from St. Luke's Hospital, which is perfect for me/work. I like the privacy I have in the apartment; neighbors are friendly, but everyone mostly keeps to themselves. Building does host occasional social events, which is nice for community-building. There are no amenities ...
like gym or pool, but washer/dryer and dishwashers come in-unit, and private covered and uncovered parking is also included. Secured entryway and mail/packages. Cat-friendly. Management is friendly and approachable. Rates are higher than I would like, but given the location and security, definitely reasonable.

Cambria is the best apartment I've lived in. I can sit on my deck all day and listen to the bands playing music and appreciate the amazing view. The deck is private from the neighbors and I never hear any noise in the hallway. I'm so glad I found this place!

This apartment complex couldn't be better. The building itself it well maintained. Maintenance people make sure to have all the lights in the hallway from not being burnt out. The cleaning staff is there at least twice a week to keep the hallways and the main entrance area very clean. The tenants itself are very quiet. A lot of tenants are companies who are just putting up employees while they are in KC for a short period of time. Other then those tenants, the building has a large variety of ...
tenants from families to single people. It also has a wide variety of ages from 21ish to 60ish. The rooms themselves are absolutely amazing and cozy. Top notch finishes and well maintained. Everyone refers to the rooms as cozy, which is exactly what I was looking for. The physical location couldn't be better either directly on the plaza. I can walk to any shop or restaurant within a matter of a minute. Couldn't say better things about this building and highly recommend everyone to rent from the Cambria. At the very minimum you should at least come see Rachel and let her show you around you will fall in love.
