Why Live Anywhere Else?
September 24, 2020We’ve enjoyed being a part of the Camden family for over a year now. Located on a hill overlooking the Flat Irons, Camden offers a variety of amenities including a beautiful large pool with 2 grill areas and a romantic gas fireplace, a clean gym/weight room, a small community library and office space, and trash service. The off leash pet area has a nice gazebo with shaded seating, and overlooks the beautiful mountain range. Nathan and the front office staff are exceptional and deal promptly ...with any issues that may arise . Our maintenance team is knowledgeable and available 24/7 to take care of our needs. Best value and mountain views
November 25, 2019After visiting 11 apartment complexes around Broomfield and Westminster, this location has by far the best value, location and views in the area. The rate also includes cable and high speed internet which is the only place that has that added feature. The amenities are great and I love the view I have of the flatirons. The friendly maintenance team has responded quickly to all my requests with positive results. I have had no complaints or regrets of my decision to make this home and enjoy ...how close everything is. I am able to head out on my mountain bike to open space trails from here in minutes. Beautiful place to call home!
November 20, 2019I love it here. I moved here from Tennessee a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with this place! Friendliest community ever! Safe, quiet, clean! Office staff is so helpful! Great people (and they make sure all your needs are met). There are endless walking/biking trails, beautiful Mountain Views, gorgeous gigantic trees, a gorgeous pool, gym, sauna/hot tub, and outdoor grills. Dog park is large and beautiful overlooking the mountains. I have a beautiful apartment, giant bathtub, lots of ...windows, fireplace, granite countertops AND a garage! Ongoing Security Issues
September 14, 2019This is, presently, not feeling to me like a secure place to live. I have heard that, in the past, some cars have been broken into or stolen, and recently many mailboxes were vandalized and a lot of mail and packages were stolen, apparently twice within a week. The postmaster said that he had recommended that Camden Management install security cameras and perhaps take other measures to help prevent theft, other than to call the police after an incident occurs, but they seemed somewhat ...reluctant. I would hope that management will make it a priority to at least monitor the mailbox areas, in order to create a safer environment for the residents. Because of this situation, I am currently feeling like this complex may not be such a good value, in spite of its great location. It would seem reasonable in this situation that management would seriously consider installing a security system on mailboxes and, perhaps, even parking lots, in light of these events. Prior to making a decision to move here, I suggest that you check with the Broomfield Police Department regarding incidents.Property Manager Responded

Great & Disappointing!
October 4, 2018I have been living here for almost 2 years. The location is amazing, the views are spectacular and the service team are quick to take care of things. That being said, its downhill from here. The senior property management team have a unique approach to customer management, the customer is always wrong unless otherwise proven! They do not proactively listen, nor work to make the tenants feel at home, you feel as a guest that they are tolerating for rent. Sure they have announcements and activities ...to keep the community engagged, but their interpersonal approach with tenants has been erosive and dismissive in my experience. The most worrying part is their transparency with fees and costs. Their attitude is disclose the minimum legal needed and let the future/current tenant find out the rest on their own. Read the contract in and out because their are counting on you not doing so. Additionally, the property is 18 years old, though the interior feels much older. While units are renovated, it still feels old due to poor interior work and MEP issues. Rent is about 5-10% cheaper than surrounding areas but the savings are defiantly not worth it in the long run. My wife and enjoyed the location, its scenery and minimal savings, but will move out soon mainly due to management's approach with people and over all poor build that requires servicing continuously.Property Manager Responded

Not Happy
July 18, 2018Where do I start? Well we liked our spacious apartment and top level view of the Flatirons and would've lived there for awhile. However, with a few months notice, they told us we had to move out for two weeks for renovation. If we wanted to stay in our current apartment, we would need to find a place to stay and store our things on our own dime for two weeks. Well that is bad business. If they were going to renovate, they should've offered to put us up somewhere for two weeks, all-paid and moved ...by them. They did offer for us to move ourselves into a new apartment, on our own dime and sweat and to start a new lease at a new building in the complex. No thanks, we liked our apartment. But because of this bad strategy of running an apartment, we decided to leave. We paid up and moved out. We received a bill later for remaining energy and a trash removal. While in the process of finding out what they removed for trash, we went back and fourth with them for a few weeks. After a phone call and one email, they sent our bill to collections. We haven't been moved out for over a month and while in the midst of trying to figure out what they were charging us for, they went ahead and sent to collections. This just reaffirmed their inability to run an apartment ethically and efficiently. If I were to give any advice to anyone looking for an apartment, look elsewhere, you are likely going to have major spikes in rent every year and be living in an environment that is not ethical.Property Manager Responded

Great Community to be a part of
August 31, 2017My family and I have lived here for about a year and a half. Yes the views are AMAZING! However the best part about living here are the staff! Management and Maintenance are always willing to help with anything anytime. They are more than just an office of people collecting your rent money.... they take the time to get to know you and always ask how we are and if there's anything we need. Camden Interlocken
August 25, 2017I have read many of the reviews left on this website and I must agree this is a good place to live. Views of the flat irons, close to 36 to bring me to Boulder and close to shopping. The other day while walking on property I saw a Camden staff member walking a resident to their door as they were having a hard time with their dog. The dog looked as though as it has surgery and the owner was truly struggling. I heard the lady talk to the resident and truly ask how she was doing. This is not ...something that you see very often and I greatly appreciate the service that this team delivers. Apartment living is definitely not for everyone but I can say that this staff works hard on doing the best they can on a daily basis.
