June 2, 2021The list goes on and on. Most recently upon move out they charged me $160 to repaint and fill small picture frame holes. Who does that? That is nothing beyond normal wear and tear. My locked up bike got stolen from the parking garage during the 2 week period they left the gate wide open because it was allegedly “broken.” I would never recommend living here to anyone. Do your self a favor and pick any of the 20 complexes surrounding the area in Southend.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2015The building is brand new and the staff is incredible! They are very responsive to any questions or concerns and they know all of their residence by name! Love living here!
