October 17, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWe’ve lived here for several years now and I have been so pleased with the responsiveness and effort of the property manager, Anita. I’ve lived in the Sacramento area all my life and this has been one of the lowest-drama rentals I’ve found. Very peaceful, quiet and the property manager does a great job in screening new occupants. Part of the reason my wife and I decided to start our family was finally feeling a sense of comfort and security here!

Everyone looks out for one another here. The manager is so friendly and handles every situation in a professional way. The home is updated and it is hard to come by something like this for the price! Cedar Court is amazing and a hard place to leave.
Research greatly before you even think of living here
April 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comAbsentee owner with lousy property management company running the place (into the ground). Instead of replacing damage, it's just a coat of paint put on instead (like lipstick on a pig). Continuously raising rent, adding on additional fees, and offering nothing in return. And to run away from the problems, they are now attempting a name change. Renter beware!!!!

March 21, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comIf you enjoy living where the "owner" loves to walk in on you unannounced/or expect you to let maintenance (his son and his son's friend)do a job without any proper notice in advance, and a pool that you can never swim in - because the owner is too cheap to buy a working pump...then this is the place for you!
