Front office won't help you

Be aware that if you’re unlucky enough to have an upstairs neighbor that likes to stomp right over your bedroom between the hours of 11pm-4am everyday, the office will do nothing. I’ve contacted them multiple times and the only thing that happens is “oh, well your neighbor is saying that they aren’t the source of the noise.” For the astronomical amount that rent is at this building you would think that the office would actually do something about multiple noise complaints.

Couple of things to know before moving in: 1) Parking is terrible. Not enough spaces for all of the tenants. People have had cars towed because they park where they can with out walking 1/2 mile to the building. 2) Walls are thin. I lived on the first floor and could hear everything I mean everything my up stairs neighbors were doing. 3) Has a great pool but you can't ever use it unless you get there at 6am. You are only allowed 2 other people with you while at pool/ rooftop. The pool is ...
shared between CV2 and City Vue. 4) At Home can't seem to have a property manager stay for more than a year, so there are times things get ignored or burshed under the rug because there is no one to go to. 5) You pay for Upscale living but get adequate living space and below average management. 6) Keep track of what is in your apartment and what is damaged and what isn't. They will make things up to get money out of you. Blame you for things that you can't control but if they had a good property manager that could be fixed but again look at #4. 7) Take the time and look around before settling on this property you can get better for cheaper.
