I just moved out and must say that I truly enjoyed my stay here. The property manager is so sweet and always made sure I was taken care of. The maintenance man is also hilarious and does a great job keeping the property in excellent condition. The units are very reasonably priced and I loved having a washer and dryer in my unit as well as the screened in balcony. I had to move out of the state but would move right back in to Collinwood if I ever came back!

I love it here !!! It's perfect for people who are looking to start a family. Management sucks though we still haven't received our mailbox key and we have been living here for a month ! I love the place and location but management sucks
