Worst place ever! The property manager is never around, I’ve asked to speak with her, asked for her number, and asked when she will be in the office and the office lady Freda refused to give me her number or tell me when she’ll be in. Freda has been picking on me since she got here! She had my car towed and refused to give me a parking pass once I told her my previous car was in a wreck. Texas apartment association! My baby is sick and I’m expected to park outside of the gate where I live and pay rent due to Fred’s not wanting to give me a parking pass! I will also be filing a police report! Not to mention the dead roaches in the office or the toilets that’s are from 1979! No matter how good you clean it the bathroom has a permanent smell due to the toilet being so old.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately these allegations are not true and have no validity. In fact, it was told to me, "who will pay for my vehicle?" Instructions were given in order to retrieve vehicle. This resident has not take responsibility for illegal parking, warnings,email. The vehicle which was towed did not belong to the resident. The vehicle did not have a parking permit and that is why it was towed. A visitor's pass is readily available at out office. Given. There is documentation to support the violations which have been issued to resident. Disgruntled residents will put things in social media to affect and hurt the property. This statement is to put things into prospective. I personally spoke to this person, stating that I am sorry the vehicle was towed, but it was illegally parked. place for a reason. Personal attacks on my character is not warranted just because rules were not taken seriously. This resident has several lease violations. Prohibited Conduct Sec. 20 and was asked to leave the office. Section 21 (d) making bad faith allegations against us our agents to other prior to writing on this forum because they did not follow community/TAA lease policies. The resident was treated with respect in spite of attitude, in which is solely the responsibility of the resident and causation of the issue. The fact remains, that the resident also complained of smells, toilet issues which they have not reported in order to fix it. In Section 26.2 Notify us ... This still remains to be brought to our attention. I will continue to provide high level of customer service and be cordial to the resident in spite of this review.
