Hidden gem in a good location
June 23, 2023I've lived here almost 5 years and about half the residents in this well kept 16 unit community have lived here longer than I have. The reason is we feel safe, we look out for each other and at the same time we respect each other. The ownership really cares and they do thier best to fix things that break on a good timing. We hear the rent is going up to meet the inflation of the bills but I will be staying because it's still a great place. At least we know our nieghbors and know we feel safe ...inside the gate.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
