Ok I lived here for almost a year, Best place I have EVER leased from. Shelia is an amazing manager, when I was in a bind she got me in asap. Wonderful people! Enrique is a sweet heart, awesome maintenance man. I felt VERY safe here. Loved it very cozy and beautiful scenery. Thank you again Shelia and Enrique for making my stay wonderful. And the people I lived next to were very polite and good people.

Excellent Location

It's in the middle of everything while still being a quiet location. There are always events going on in the old fair oaks village where the apartment is located. Sunrise blvd is just 2 mins away where there is all kinds of shopping and restaurants. It's about 10 to 15 mins from highway 50. The rent price is very good whether you are going in as a single or with someone.
