Pretty good and kind neighbors great for kids. Pools open in summer, gym is pretty small but it works playground is pretty small but kids like it

I've really enjoyed my time living here and would definitely recommend it to a friend if they wanted to move in. The location is convenient. The area around the buildings is well maintained. Management tells residents several days in advance before any community wide maintenance. Maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to fix issues in the community and in the units. The parking lot is a little small but it is nice since it means you don't have to walk far to get to your car. Overall it is ...

The negatives. Neighbors litter and don’t pick up after their dogs. Management says issues will be resolved but nothing comes of it; they’re all talk. need to get on top of things, and start reviewing cameras and issuing citations if needed. Dog parks are a nice perk, but not maintained, and massive rent increases. The positives. Maintenance staff is great and responsive to any apartment issues, we appreciate their efforts. Apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. Location is great.

Great location and comfortable to walking distances i.e. Mac Donalds, Giant. Also CVS and Marshalls are around. Also you can walk around the neighbor very comfortably.
