I've lived here since march 29th, 2024. Yes some things were broken, and outdated when i moved in. But i like to fix stuff so i made a few upgrades that i plan to leave for the next tenants, doorbells, peepholes, doorknobs, fixed some cracks in the walls and doors. I've also replaved the air filters and was gifted new ones by maitence. I have a working dishwasher, backyard, hot water, and ac. It's a quiet neighborhood, the pool is kept clean and I recommend living here as a place to save up for ...
something better. I would like to rent a townhome or a rent-to-own house and i'm thankful for this place. It's a good place if you know how to be happy with what you have.

New Owner is awful

Beware, this was a fine place to live and I was there for 5 years with no issues. Unfortunately the property was sold. The new owner overcharges, doesn't maintain the property and doesn't care about it or it's tenants. The pictures you see online are grossly outdated. The pool has been damaged for months with no sign of repair and there is trash and debris everywhere. I reported the owner to Code Compliance and they were sited and fined for numerous violations. Be warned, this is a bad situation ...
