If you’re looking for nonsmoking units, forget about it. They make you sign a nonsmoking agreement, but your neighbors will smoke and apartment complex management doesn’t care. They‘ll agree with your complaint, but will do nothing! They advertise themselves as nonsmoking apartments, but it’s a BIG LIE!
